  I felt very rushed by this doctor. As I was talking to him after a VERY quick and not-so-thorough exam, he cut me off, stood up, shook my hand, and left the room quickly. (I paid out of pocket bc he doesn't take my insurance, but I was told to go to him asap). I was sent to his office from a hospital referral for a first time stroke/seizure incident and told to get a new test done on my brainwave patterns by him. However, he told me I would have to have ANOTHER incident of the same before he would do this test! He looked over the same CAT-SCAN performed at the hospital a couple days before (which I already had the results of), and told me the same exact news I already had in paperwork I took to him. He recommended basic ideas anyone could find on a Google Search like drinking water, taking Bit B12, walking, etc. I told him I already do all those things and that I am pretty healthy, so I asked what else would have caused it, but he didn't provide any real or new answers to me. I had more than a migraine: sudden paralysis, face droop, loss of speech for an hour, loss of mobility and numbness in my entire left side, and then shooting pain through my left body. I could also hear the staff talking about inappropriate things loudly in the back of the office when I was standing at the checkout counter. The only one who seemed to be doing her job well was the lady at the front desk, so the one star is for her (thank you ma'am). I could go on about how poor this doctor's office was, but I think what I've said here is more than enough.
