  I totally agree with the last statement, except that it wasn't the receptionist, it is Kevin himself who is responsible for this inexcusable practice. Be careful! This place has been reduced down to one Physical Therapist who is in over his head and suffers from compassion fatigue. After knee surgery, I can't drive and walk with crutches. Apparently this is no excuse to be late. I was 9 minutes late and told to leave. I was there three times and it was the same every time. Kevin, the PT, puts from 3 to 5 patients around on his tables while they independently exercise; he spends a lot of time on his computer while his patients are exercising. When I talked to him on the phone later, I told him I was ready for another session of this, so I asked him how 9 minutes late, would interrupt or inconvenience him, since I would be on a table stretching by myself. He kept contradicting himself and then rudely told me to read the writing on my contract not to ever be late and that I was 13 minutes late not 9!! Are you kidding me!? WOW!! The fact that it was my first time, I have to depend on rides to get there and I can't walk didn't matter. This harshness was a little much for me so I asked for my Rx back and he told me, with a major attitude, that I couldn't have it back, and told me that my insurance won't like it if I just "physical therapy hop". I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else. Wow! What a jerk. In the end, I went to visit other physical therapy offices, who were either shocked by his behavior, or seemed to know who I was talking about. Apparently other patients have complained about him being harsh and unapologetic, especially when it comes to being a little late. This guy has lost his compassion for his patients and needs to find something else to do.
