  Dr. Cain is a great doctor, but I feel that his his staff is bringing his office down. His receptionists in particular. The receptionists in his office are the most rude, disrespectful individuals I have ever seen in a clinic, except for the front desk girl, Macy I think her name was, she was very well mannered and polite. The other one however, Anita I believe her name was, gave me nothing but attitude and be completely unprofessional in the workplace. While waiting for my appointment both Anita and the other receptionist would argue amongst each others or gossip about inappropriate topics and make the atmosphere in the lobby very uncomfortable. Even though the windows were closed, their voices were so loud you can hear them through the glass. I don't know how they keep their jobs as there are people out there who would be better suited for the positions. I would not recommend his office because of that.
